Macaroni and Cheese

If you’ve only had it out of a box, you’re in for a treat. This is the real stuff.

3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons. flour
2 c. milk warmed
1 1/2 pounds. elbow macaroni- cooked
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese grated
1 pound monterey jack cheese grated

In small sauce pan, melt butter. Add flour and whisk together to lightly cook flour. Add milk and whisk until smooth and slightly thickened. When thickened, add 3/4 of each of the 2 cheeses. Mix well and place in lgecasserole dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

    THIS MAC AND CHEESE SOUNDS LIKE HOME COOKING FROM BACK IN THE DAY,SIMPLE AND FUFILLING. I’LL DEFINETELY TRY THIS ONE OUT. SOUNDS LIKE THE REAL DEAL.
