Betty’s Pecan Pie
1/2 cup Melted butter (Or margarine) 2 cups Light brown sugar 1/2 Cup Milk (I use low fat but any will do) 2 eggs
1 Tablespoon Flour (Self- rising) 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla 1 Cup Pecans(Chopped)
Melt butter then add brown sugar,milk,eggs,flour,and vanilla and blend with mixer.( I dump everything in one right behind the other.) Add Pecans
as the last thing and lay pecan halves around on top.
This makes one large pie shell full or you can make one and one-half times the recipe and do two regular pie shells.
Bake @300 degrees for one hour or until crusty on the top.
