A treat we always had every winter, this is a delicious dessert.
Persimmon Pudding
1 cup persimmon pulp 1 egg, beaten 1 1/4 cups white sugar 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 1/4 cups milk 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degreesButtera 9x13 inch baking pan. In a blender or food processor, (or in a bowl with a large wooden spoon like
Grandma used to!)combine ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour into baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Makes 4 servings
