Crab Dip
A staple at parties across the south
1 lb. white crab meatÊ 1 cup mayonnaise 1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup onions (chopped fine) 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded) 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Pepper
Put all ingredients in a slow cooker on low and cook about two hours. Stir every 20 minutes. Keep mixture
warm. Best served with crackers or in small pastry puffs.
