Crab Cakes

Ingredients
1 lb. lump crabmeat
8 Ritz crackers, crushed
3 1/2 tbs. Miracle Whip
1/4 tsp. Greek seasoning
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 tbs. canola oil

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except oil.

Form into cakes 1/2 inch thick. Put a small amount of oil into a skillet.

Fry cakes on medium heat until browned on each side. Turn only once.
