Cherry Coffee Cake
2 cups flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 egg plus enough milk to make 1 cup (about 3Ú4 cup milk) 1 cup sugar 1Ú2 cup margarine Mix
all together. Spread batter evenly in a jelly-roll pan. Spread: 1- 15 oz. can pie filling over batter. Sprinkle with topping made from: 1 cup sugar 1Ú2 cup margarine 1 cup flour
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. May use any flavor pie filling.
