Crab Dip

A staple at parties across the South.
  • 1 lb. white crab meat
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup onions (chopped fine)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper

Put all ingredients in a slow cooker on low and cook about two hours. Stir every 20 minutes. Keep mixture warm. Best served with crackers or in small pastry puffs.
