3 Chicken breast, halved and skinned
1/3 cup Bourbon
1/3 C up vegetable oil
1/4 Cup Soy sauce

Place chicken in baking dish, meat side down. Mix ingredients and pour mixture over chicken . Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until chicken registers 180 degrees on meat thermometer. Serve over rice.

Smothered Pork Chops

2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 can (14.5 oz.) beef broth
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Garlic flavored vegetable cooking spray
